The rent is $160 per week, plus BOND for the LARGE ROOM, which overlooks the city. and is ideal for a couple.
The SMALLER ROOM is $150 per week, plus BOND.
Utility costs are separate, of course, because every person uses utilities at different levels.
ADSL naked available 1,000 GIG download capacity per month, including Wi Fi.
Overseas students are most welcome to apply!!
Of course, non-students are welcome to apply, too.
Public transport is 120 meters away and runs every 10 minutes directly into the city.
Shops are close.
I am a post-grad student finishing off a Masters, and will be taking up a Doctorate, in 2016.
The home has a NO DRUGS policy, because it is illegal, and causes problems that we don't need.
I can supply bedding if you require that.
The kitchen is fully appointed with everything that you can use.
