Stereo is a Sony mhc-s7av
The sound is great - 2 main speakers (front) one centre and two rear - see image for specs.
The stereo has four separates - an AV amp, a tuner, a 3 CD multi change, and a dual cassette deck. I only have the Amp and tuner connected and plug in an ipod through a stereo input for most of my music. The four parts can go side by side or stacked up in a tower.
Got a pdf of the manual I can supply if you need further details. Also got a remote which works.
